Appearance:
Clear, pale amber with streams of quickly rising small bubbles.
Aroma:
Crystalised ginger and fresh root ginger.
Taste:
Good ginger flavour and carbonation with just enough of the associated heat/spice
Aftertaste:
Crystalised ginger with delicate citrus acidity.
Overall:
A well-balanced and flavoursome ginger ale with good carbonation.
