Review and Tasting

Sampled on 19/08/2011

Appearance:

Clear, bronze amber with golden highlights.

Aroma:

Delicate but wonderfully spicy floral nose with cigar box, plump dried fruit, vanilla and old wardrobe.

Taste:

Initially sweet with delicate warm cinnamon and nutmeg spice, old leather, light dry oak, Christmas cake fruit, ginger cake, banana cake and yet more vanilla.

Aftertaste:

Long wonderfully harmonious, rich finish is a progression of the flavours found on the palate. 5.5/5
