Released in November 2013, this 35 year old unpeated malt is blended using sherry casks aged in Glengoyne’s traditional dunnage warehouses. Only 500 of the limited edition hand-blown, individually numbered crystal decanters were made available globally.

Each decanter is presented in a solid oak lacquered gull wing box with a stitched ‘Bentley Red’ leather interior and base. The gift box also comes complete with an individually numbered leather book, which tells the story of the brand.

Appearance:

Clear, deep coppery amber.

Aroma:

Toffee apple, bakewell tart and vanilla rubbed old leather with passion fruit, cherry, almond, toasted coconut and nutmeg.

Taste:

Big and rich with honey, nutty sherry and bakewell tart but with balancing dry toasty oak, nutmeg and cinnamon spice. More subtle vanilla, orange zest, dried apricot.

Aftertaste:

Dry oak, spicy nutmeg and cinnamon, golden syrup and orange zest. Lingering dry sherry and toasted oak.
