Review and Tasting

Sampled on 14/12/2013

Appearance:

Clear, golden amber.

Aroma:

Juicy mango, ripe peach and fresh apricot with leather and cinnamon spice. Water releases vanilla fudge and black pepper.

Taste:

Sweet and spicy. Explodes with flavour. Takes water well, taming to leave a fabulous balance of candied tropical fruit and spice with creamy wax, citrus zest freshness.

Aftertaste:

Apple skin and leather with cinnamon spice.
