A blend of 40% Pinot Noir, 35% Chardonnay and 25% Pinot Meunier and aged a minimum of three years, every bottle of Charles Heidseck is marked with the date of degorgemet. The use of a high proportion of reserve wines in the blend (approximately 40%) helps ensure a consistent style from year to year.
