Serve in an Old-fashioned glass
| 30 ml | Mandarine Napoleon liqueur |
| 35 ml | Bulleit Rye Whiskey |
| 15 ml | Averna amaro |
| 10 ml | Honey syrup (3 parts honey to 1 water by weight) |
| 15 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 4 drop | Difford's Saline Solution (or merest pinch of salt) |
