Serve in a Rocks glass

Ingredients:
35 ml Mandarine Napoleon liqueur
5 ml Tio Pepe Fino Sherry
10 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
15 ml Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
0.1 ml Saline solution 10:1 (10g salt to 100ml water)
5 ml Passion fruit purée
25 ml Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old)
