
Skewer three sour beans with a fork, lightly torch them for three seconds, then place them inside the glass.
60ml Old Tom Gin
10ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
15ml Caper brine (store-bought)
7.5ml Honey
2 drops Celery bitters
1 drop Green Tabasco sauce
Add all ingredients into a shaker and rolling seven times.
Then pour into a chilled Nick & Nora glass, place the garnish, and the cocktail is complete.
