
Express the oils of a fresh lemon peel onto the rim of the glass only. Do not twist over the cocktail itself, to preserve the integrity of its aromatic balance
Combine all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice:
• 40 ml Hayman's Sloe Gin
• 20 ml Bénédictine
• 10 ml Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto
• 15 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 1 dash Angostura aromatic bitters
Shake vigorously for 10–12 seconds. Fine strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass
