How to make:
Combine all ingredients with ice in a shaker, shake 10 to 15 seconds, then double strain.
| 1 fl oz | Heering Cherry Liqueur |
| 2 fl oz | Cognac (brandy) |
| 1/4 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1/4 fl oz | Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix) |
| 2 dash | Angostura or other aromatic bitters |
