Garnish:

Garnish of spray cocoa bitter over foaming cocktail from atomiser and then garnish with mandarin zest.

How to make:

Select and pre-chill an Old-fashioned glass.
Prepare garnish of spray cocoa bitters over foaming cocktail from atomiser and then garnish with mandarin zest.
SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
STRAIN back into shaker.
DRY SHAKE (without ice).
FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.

1 fl oz Mandarine Napoleon liqueur
1 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
2/3 fl oz Egg white (pasteurised)
1/3 fl oz Monin Vanilla Syrup
1 fl oz Blanco tequila
4 dash Angostura Cocoa Bitters
