Fresh rosemary sprig, balanced over the glass and the foam. This not only enhanaces the visual of the cocktail but the aromatics.
To create the garden orange, combine all ingridients including fresh rosemary into a boston shaker. First dry shake to emulsify the foam, this creates a strong foamy mouthfeel, after dry shake, shake with ice then double strain into a chilled Nick and Nora glass.
Garnish with a fresh rosemary sprig.
3/4 fl oz | Portobello Road Gin No.171 London Dry |
1/3 fl oz | Honey |
1/2 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
1/6 fl oz | 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer |
1 2⁄3 leaf | Rosemary sprig |
1 1/2 fl oz | Mandarine Napoleon liqueur |
