Garnish:

Dry lime wheel homemade Head of mint Eldeiflower fresh from the garden

How to make:

Build in a copper mule cup
Squeeze a fresh lime, add syrup and alcool and fill with crushed ice and ginger beer.
Stir gently, add a straw and enjoy.

1 fl oz Mandarine Napoleon liqueur
1 fl oz Calvados Boulard VSOP Pays d'Auge
1/6 fl oz Henri Bardouin Pastis
2/3 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
2 1/3 fl oz Thomas Henry Ginger Beer
2/3 fl oz Monin Elderflower syrup
