How to make:
Shake all ingredients minus the soda, double strain into a highball glass with ice and top with the soda

| 1 fl oz | Hennessy VS Cognac |
| 2/3 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1/3 fl oz | Blossoms Passionfruit Syrup |
| 1 1/2 fl oz | Franklin & Sons Pineapple & Almond Soda |
