Orange peal (zested over top )

How to make:

Add all ingredients to a mixing tin and stir.
Strain into a chilled glass

2/3 fl oz Mandarine Napoleon liqueur
1 1/3 fl oz Plantation Pineapple Rum
1 barspoon Syrup from Luxardo Maraschino Cherries
2 dash The Bitter Truth Bogart's Bitters
6 dash Peychaud's Aromatic Bitters
3 dash La Fée Parisienne absinthe
