In a shaker, combine:
1.5 oz Swedish Punsch
1.5 oz Mandarine Napoleon liqueur
1.5 oz cranberry juice
.75 oz lime juice
4 dashes cardamom bitters.
Add ice to a chilled Collins glass. Strain and pour into Collins glass.
