France - Millésime Bio

What: Now in its 27th year, the world's largest organic wine trade fair expects to welcome over 1,300 exhibitors and 7,000 buyers to this year's event. Following last year's successful edition, which saw 6,200 visitors and 1,200 international exhibitors, the 2020 show aims to be even bigger with an updated exhibition space and the return of the beers, spirits and cider area as well as the international Challenge Millésime Bio competition.

UK - Spirits Can Save the Rainforest

What: An evening seminar on cachaça's role in supporting the Brazilian rainforests lead by Novo Fogo Cachaça's CEO, Dragos Axinte and held in the Bush House Lecture Theatre 1 at King's College. The session includes cachaça cocktails as well as a live video tour of Novo Fogo's zero-waste distillery committed to sustainable practices, plus an interesting look at their reforestation project. The seminar is free to attend but please RSVP to guarantee your place.
