Extremely hard to make it even remotely similar than the one on the photo.

are the volumes correct? Looks (and may taste) like it's the other way around?

Just tried and I found 50/50 gave a good result. I've also amended the method as seemed to work best pouring both at the same time. I struggled to make the result look as good as I did for the photo taken 20 years ago.
