Exactly what it says on the tin. 4* in my opinion. I did use straight 3:1 honey syrup instead of 'honey-sugar syrup'.

This was nice but a bit too sweet. I cut the final sugar syrup dose in half and might leave it out altogether next time. Also added just a bit of lemon juice to brighten the drink (which is against julep rules, I know, but it tasted better with it).
