The colour of my creation as recipe was apple juice colour, not red as per the photo

It's a quite good, easy-drinking cocktail. The bison grass vodka provides some delicate 'green' notes.

Personally speaking, the jury is still out on the flavour of Bison Grass Vodka (the bottle even contains a long leaf of grass)! I doubled the raspberry liqueur and peach schnapps quantities to bring these forward. The complex, mature flavour of cloudy Eager Apple juice is a plus (in contrast to a leading supermarket organic yet thin offering). In these proportions, the Bison Grass Vodka provides a gentle herb/grass support rather than predominating. Very interesting combination of flavours.
