Any ideas why it’s called this?

Wow, very surprising in good way of course. Light and refreshing.

Wow this drink reminds me of creamy lemon popsicle. Sweet but not over the top. Very much a crowd pleaser for those who love light and fun.

I like this drink... which is parlance for I enjoyedit thoroughly, now I must mess with it because it leads to so many options!

1. just add 5 *drops* of absinthe and then 2 hits of orange oil from an atomizer. The drink is multitudes more complex and thoroughly inviting.

2. I enjoy Pallini. I like Lazzoni, but I *LOVE* my own homemade limoncello: meyer lemons, Elyx and then the sugar water. Create your own and then have some real fun with this wonderful libation!

This is the best lemonade I have tasted in years, and the addition of ½ oz. or so of fresh lemon juice makes it even better.

Nice refreshing, slightly acidic drink. If you want sour cocktail with bubbles and don't want too much of dry prosecco taste, this is good variant.
