Wow this drink reminds me of creamy lemon popsicle. Sweet but not over the top. Very much a crowd pleaser for those who love light and fun.

I purchased a bottle of it today - April 19 2023 in USA North Carolina. So it is still being made.
Very nice, decided not to sugar the rim cause it makes it just too sweet for me. Also, played with substituting egg white with plain full fat greek yoghurt and its a great drink too.
Tart, creamy, and reminding of a lassi with a touch of alcohol, this drink is delicious. I used green chartreuse since that's what I had on hand. Recommend.
Loved it BUT ditch the simple syrup. It’s on the cloying side of sweet otherwise.

Nice hint of almond wrapped against the tart of lemons and bitters...
