Poking my nose in again Simon: Lime juice was also in some of the 1930s White Lady recipes: Steele, 1934 My New Cocktail Book, Cocktail Memoirs 1935, 938 The Art of bartending, Bud Carroll.

In your review, don't you mean substituting lime juice for lemon juice, as the riff of this drink from a White Lady? I love both drinks by the way!

Very nice, decided not to sugar the rim cause it makes it just too sweet for me. Also, played with substituting egg white with plain full fat greek yoghurt and its a great drink too.

Quite sweet with the sugar rim but very pleasant. And the colour is fun :)
