Sugar rim & orange zest twist (expressed & then discarded)

How to make:

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker. DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into chilled glass.

1 1/2 fl oz Rutte Dry Gin
1/2 fl oz Triple sec liqueur (40%)
1/2 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1/6 fl oz Giffard Grenadine syrup
1/12 fl oz Sugar syrup (rich) 2 sugar to 1 water
1/2 fl oz Pasteurised egg white
