Very complex flavors. Long-lasting bitters. Nicely balanced. Initially quite sweet. The Poir William gets a bit saturated though. Overall a very good drink.
Nice, vibrant yellow. Smooth and a bit syrupy mouthfeel. Suze gives strong earthy/vegetal background, but the Cointreau is the more prominent flavor. No clear flavor contribution from Poire William - likely helps extend the other components, complementing their flavors while not being notable itself. Really nice combo of Suze and Cointreau.
