I used a local absinthe, Vieux Carre. Full 5ml: too much. Cut that in half, and the concept and recipe execution is exceptional. Well done... I did sub pastis for the absinthe during one attempt. Not so good. Bland.

The lemon juice ml measure isn’t displaying correctly, shows as 2/3 rather than 20ml. Nice sharp lemon fruitiness with a hint of anise freshness that doesn’t overpower.

These measurements seem intended for a Nick and Nora glass. I would recommend 1.5 times the recipe for a coupe glass, even double for a generous drink!
