Sweet and sour with passion fruit, yuzu and grapefruit

Where is the yuzu in this recipe? And where is the sour? The pink grapefruit juice isn’t enough to balance the syrup and plum wine?

Thanks for bringing to my attention. It should be yuzushu in the recipe. Not plum wine. Now corrected.
