I didn't have any rose water, so substituted the sugar syrup for some elderflower and rose syrup I had in the pantry. Worked quite well !

I like this one a lot. To me, the raspberry is a bit too dominating, so I replace half of the Chambord with Bourbon for a bit more boozy variant that is still deliciously complex.
Really enjoyed this cocktail. The flavor was wonderfully complex with the black raspberry of the Chambord and the floral undertones of the rose water. I'll be coming back to this one again.
