Just picked this recipe up on instagram. It’s quite a large drink by volume (make sure your glass is big enough) but very enjoyable. Perhaps a little too easy to drink 🥴

You are quite right! My nick and Nora glasses are a little larger than standard, and this recipe goes right up to the rim. With grapefruit and lemon bitters, I did not expect it to be *quite* so smooth. Remind me not to make a pitcher of these for a spring brunch. It would be dangerous!
