You could sub out Vodka for Gin for a Gin Ruby, more complex

This is funny, I started pouring gin in the tins and at the same time my husband pulled up the recipe and told me it was with vodka, so poured the gin back in the bottle, went all over the place lol and used vodka. Most enjoyable cocktail, giving it a 5.

If you have super fresh grapefruit and good quality vodka etc I think thereโ€™s already plenty of complexity with ingredients as is IMO.
