Pomegranate Negroni
This Negroni has a beautiful red hue and is more bittersweet than it is fruity (as you'd expect of a Negroni)

Ran out of Campari and trying to use some other options before buying more Campari (which I usually use up way too fast on nightly Negronis), I subbed Rabarbaro for the Campari! A great variation, IMO.
