Nice, clear and umber-tinged. A lot of flavors packed in a pretty boozy cocktail. Gin botanical backbone and heat (as you'd expect), delicious flavors of Meletti, a bit of smoke from my mezcal, and a background of Cynar bitterness. Great balance of flavors, but quite boozy, so you likely won't be able to drink many of these in a session.
