Avenue is equal parts bourbon and calvados rather than calvados-based. I've tried to concentrate on solely calvados rather than split-base cocktails.

What happened to my favourite the depth charge?
1 oz Brandy
1 oz Calvados
4 dashes Lemon Juice
2 dashes Grenadine
Instructions:

Shake all ingredients well with ice.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with half an apple slice.
