Additionally, your second point is interesting, as it is the linked page for Canadian Blended Whisky. Do you remember how the bottle looked like when you tasted it in 2015? Was it like the old photo? Or was it the newer style which did not feature a separated label?

I've no recollection of the labelling detail on pretty much any bottle from 10 years ago.
