Loving rum always looking for a nice cocktail that is not too sweet. This is excellent. Use Myers's Single Barrel aged Jamaican rum. This was unreal. Need to use a rum with hearty flavour.

Diffords comes to my rescue again when looking for a way to make use of my half bottle of rum and some lemons that needed juicing. And wow this is much better than I expected. Connoisseurs should look away as I used a spiced rum and I will gladly die on the hill that states this drink is a banger. As per that great Aussie movie, The Castle, this one is going straight to the pool room!

Harmless harvest (available in the US at least) makes a sparkling coconut water that is brilliant in this when used instead of the soda water.
