This six year old Maryland style whiskey is made using a mash-bill of 65% rye, 23% corn and 12% malted barley at the Heaven Hill distillery in Bardstown
Fairly hot as befits its proof. I would not recommend sipping this neat, but as part of a cocktail with other assertive ingredients, it is outstanding.
