Giving this a whirl, the video shows 20ml, is this per serving? I used 10ml as it felt like a lot compared with 3 dashes of foaming agent?

Tried another New York sour with 20ml and that can’t be right, 10ml worked well. 20ml was messy.

As a vegan I would say that there are already enough great egg alternatives, and now it would be good if they just became more widespread. I can't buy it, but I like the name, it's witty.

Was a little worried my expectations were setting me up for disappointment but no, total game-changer. I was not always the lofty paragon of moral virtue I am today, and may indeed have shameful memories of using egg white in the distant past; this is in my opinion just better. Same in terms of texture and dilution, smells and tastes like nothing, foams if anything better. Massive upgrade, and not just from other vegan alternatives.
