I’m just sampling a Pool in the early access content. Incredibly rich and sumptuous. Calls for Dubonnet but Byrrh could sub very nicely I think. Basically cognac, Dubonnet and Kina Lillet with absinthe. Reminds me of a 70s dining club with everything in velvet plush.

Le Grand looks… grand (sorry, it’s all dad jokes this week). I never know how to open a bottle of bubbles just for cocktails.
