That double barrel Winchester looks right tasty! I'm afraid I'm two or three gins short of making this right now. Currently enjoying revisiting "the Italian Job with a new bottle of Byrrh. Love that stuff. Will try subbing it for Suze as per some of your prior comments. Cheers!
I’m just sampling a Pool in the early access content. Incredibly rich and sumptuous. Calls for Dubonnet but Byrrh could sub very nicely I think. Basically cognac, Dubonnet and Kina Lillet with absinthe. Reminds me of a 70s dining club with everything in velvet plush.
