Had 35ml Kraken left, so I added 10 ml of Smith & cross...
It's 3,5 ⭐ for me – Jamaican mule is the superior alternative imho.

Tried it with Dead Man's fingers spiced rum, Bundaberg Ginger beer and Smoked vanilla bitter from french artisanal brand "Beeter", that counterbalances perfectly the ginger. This was just incredible.

Agree that you need to like Ginger flavour - which we do. Was a great drink. Did add a dash of pimento dram as I felt the spice could be upped for my taste. Great either way.

If you like ginger beer go for it, otherwise stay away from it.

I'm not a fan of this rum but the lime juice and ginger beer soften the strong rum; plus I always use extra lime juice which makes this drink even yummier.
