Sherry and Jamaican rum match so well!
I used Rum Fire and Gin Mare, ended up with a very savoury cocktail.

What a remarkable composition of flavour! At my next attempt, however, I'll up the Sauvignon blanc at the expense of creme de Chocolat...
Great flavour profile! Having made this with freezer cold ice, I thought it could profit from some more dilution.
I accidentally used campari instead of Vermouth – am, nonetheless, very happy with the result.
Swapped in Galliano as I didn't have Licor 43 – was pleasantly surprised with the result!
Made it with Wood's old navy – technically not what the receipt asks for, but a match made in heaven nonetheless!
Had 35ml Kraken left, so I added 10 ml of Smith & cross...
It's 3,5 ⭐ for me – Jamaican mule is the superior alternative imho.
Used and aged grappa which, tbh, struggled a bit to shine through in this cocktail.
Made this with
Wild Turkey 101,
Topanito Mezcal
and Montenegro Amaro
– I'm in awe.
I don't know what it was, maybe the Grapefruit, but for me this was noteably too sweet and lacking acidity. Adding some lime juice helped.
Astonishigly enough - i foud the pear flavour still dominating in this drink. (Schladerer Williams Christ & Maison Gautier VSOP used)
Liquorice liqueur, Vodka, Lime juice, Ginger beer
