Wonderful with the Cocchi, and don’t forget the lemon and saline solution/salt.

If you could only try one of the ‘white’ versions of the negroni, I’d make it this. Brilliant balance of flavours, so simple and retaining the bitter-sweet-herbal kick of a standard negroni, with some added savoury qualities. Had run out of Cocchi Americano so subbed 15 ml Lillet and 7.5 ml Bonal. 5 stars from me!
