I upped the gentian and lime juice, subbed Lillet for Noilly Prat, and I loved it!

Delightful mouthful of flavors blending together brilliantly, couldn't set it down. And so much foam!

I was expecting this one to be super bitter, but it is very palatable. I upped the Aperol by a 1/2oz to sweeten it a bit.
