I made it with alcohol-free BTTR and upped the juice. Less bitter, more fruity Negroni, quite delicious.
I upped the gentian and lime juice, subbed Lillet for Noilly Prat, and I loved it!
Perhaps it's because I use Carpano, or perhaps because I'm a Chartreuse lover, but I prefer this one in equal parts.
Excellent with Monkey 47. I go with 7 or 8 raspberries.
