Ingredients:

1 fresh	Passion fruit (fresh)
2⁄3 oz	Yellow Chartreuse (or génépy liqueur)
2⁄3 oz	Bittersweet orange-red aperitivo
2⁄3 oz	Apple juice/apple cider (cloudy & unsweetened)
1⁄3 oz	Del Maguey Vida Clásico Mezcal
1⁄3 oz	Vanilla flavoured vodka
1⁄3 oz	Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)

Prepare:

1. Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.

How to make:

2. Cut a passion fruit in half and scoop the flesh and seeds from each half into shaker.
3. Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish:

5. Garnish with passion fruit half floated on surface.
