Serve in a Coupe glass
| 1 fresh | Passion fruit (fresh) |
| 2⁄3 oz | Yellow Chartreuse (or génépy liqueur) |
| 2⁄3 oz | Bittersweet orange-red aperitivo |
| 2⁄3 oz | Apple juice/apple cider (cloudy & unsweetened) |
| 1⁄3 oz | Del Maguey Vida Clásico Mezcal |
| 1⁄3 oz | Absolut Vanilia Vodka |
| 1⁄3 oz | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) |
How to make:
- Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
- Cut a passion fruit in half and scoop the flesh and seeds form each half into shaker.
- Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- Garnish with passion fruit half floated on surface.

The lovechild of Douglas Ankrah's Pornstar Martini and Joaquín Simó's Naked & Famous. Fresh ripe (yet still a little tart passion fruit) sits alongside mezcal to jointly anchor this fruity, yet balanced, cocktail.
