Tried the recipe with Tanqueray gin, Amaro del Capo and Dolin rouge. The result was a delicious herbal and not overly sweet sipper.

This negroni, if followed the recipe, is considerably sweeter than it probably should be. It has an almost syrupy mouthfeel.
Made use of 15ml dry french vermouth (dolin) to counter and did it enliven the cocktail!

Made with Rammazoti amaro, blanc vermouth and Hendricks gin, all that was on hand, and it was a very refreshing way to end the day.
