Ingredients:
1 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
1 oz Amaro Santoni
1 oz Strucchi Rosso Vermouth
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill an Old-fashioned glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of orange wheel slice.
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into ice-filled glass.

This negroni, if followed the recipe, is considerably sweeter than it probably should be. It has an almost syrupy mouthfeel.
Made use of 15ml dry french vermouth (dolin) to counter and did it enliven the cocktail!

Made with Rammazoti amaro, blanc vermouth and Hendricks gin, all that was on hand, and it was a very refreshing way to end the day.
