Sounds worth trying! I’m out of Chartreuse and the price is crazy these days! After the “great Chartreuse crisis of ‘21” the price gouging buggers have never dropped the price back down again. 😡

I was lucky to have found a bottle of green Chartreuse at a local upscale market a while back. About the same price as before the monk rebellion. Oh wait a minute. Blame it on the newfound popularity of the Last Word cocktail! Dammit us all! Any way about $100 US including taxes. It was over half gone before I realised I could mix it half and half with Génépy and be just as satisfied. Love the witches liquore!

Oh that’s an idea! Yes I got my first bottle of genepy a few months back, and actually I prefer both it and Strega to yellow Chartreuse.
