The 1/3oz of honey was a bit thin, so I added another bar spoon and that balanced it a little better. This was an interesting option given the slightly odd mix of ingredients I put into the finder, but it doesn't quite work for me.

We generally like to keep our Daquiris simple but make an exception with this one...absolutely delicious.
