I’ve just ordered two copies of the new edition for myself and my favourite local bar over the road whose two owners are just celebrating their second anniversary as a bar. They have just installed a ‘ready-made cocktail’ machine serving espresso martinis and passionfruit martinis. Appalling I know to cocktail aficionados. However I see this as a good start. Now they just need a little guidance. I cut my cocktail making teeth with Diffords No6 and Diffords No11. I’m excited about no 15.
Many thanks Richard. You'll find the 15th edition is miles ahead of the old 11th edition. Still 3,000 cocktails but the recipes are so much better, plus Dan has upgraded photography and design.
