Angel’s Envy bourbon and a bar spoon of Sapjack bourbon aged maple syrup, Ango cocoa bitters. Really enjoyable and right in the middle or the dry/sweet continuum. Recommended.

A bit sweet for my palate; think I overdid the maple syrup - it doesn't need more than a bar spoon.

I am always surprised how much I like Jaegermeister cocktails.
This works…the right amount of Jäegermeister spice compliments the chocolate bitters and Bourbon. Very tasty!

I have tried substituting Unicum for Jagermeister. I have used 20ml instead of 40ml and added 10ml of vanilla vodka to try and soften it
